Mr. Choi grew up in Southern California and developed most of his expertise in Los Angeles and Orange County, which has allowed him to deeply understand construction to the highest standards.

David Choi has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Civil Engineering with Architectural emphasis for Cal State University Fullerton. Mr. Choi is a success-driven Structural Engineer with a vast collection of structural design jobs throughout California since 2008. His work spans from single story custom homes to Mid-Rise apartment complexes and Commercial Buildings. Since launching his Structural Design firm, DCA Structural Engineering, at the age of 30, David has built a base of renowned architects seeking his services in a highly competitive market. His vision places a strong emphasis on safety, buildability, financials, and architect/client collaborations to bring design visions to completion.
